If we all could, let us revisit Foreclosure and Real Estate Fraud and abuse of proper legal procedures. It seams only the select, elite or privileged are currently allowed to be on the “in” in regards to distressed property. People Magic is here to show you all how you may investigate Foreclosure Properties in your area of choice. No this is not an infomercial and no payment is required just follow the instructions below and be amazed and what you do not know as far as availability in you area.

Instant results…here is a map of foreclosures on a real time basis…go to googlemaps.com, put in you address or use any address for that matter. On the right side of the box that you type your address in after the search button is a more search options button. Click on that and it creates a new box back on the other side of the search button. It now says “all results” put your cursor on that box and it will give a drop down, click on “real estate”, now a section on the left side of your screen opens that gives you options to see homes for rent, fore sale, and foreclosures! Unclick “for sale” click “foreclosure”. Then zoom in an out and yes on the map…the seven major metro areas are pretty saturated, but when you see the map, if you’re like me you will be surprised I helped you get in the Santa Barbara Real Estate Foreclosure Market. Truth be told it works in the area that you enter as an address. It works just as well in San Jose as it does in Santa Barbara. There are tons of listings for Piedmont road Dad.Who needs what our Santa Barbara Superior Court House hides from the public. Real Estate and Foreclosure fraud and abuse uncovered right here by me.

Now you might remember when I shared the oddities in the transactions involving a property I formally owned. I left that posting with a question. Why would you buy a house in 11/08 and sell it for 100,000 less in 01/09? What I now find odd is that seams to be a current trend in Santa Barbara look below and see for yourself. Now if I recall correctly a former Attorney / Real Estate Broker / Candidate for City Council just might have a role in one of the properties below. You might recall that I had some very serious concerns on how he wound up before Judge Hill for a misdemeanor that never should have left the Figueroa division. Why waste a Trial Court Judges time when far more serious matters are still back logging our court calendaring system.

I hope you see all it takes is a little effort and things can be uncovered. I find it funny people question why I attempt to expose Corruption. You see that is supposed the natural reaction in this Country that is not available in many places around the world. I am not as odd or out of place as some would have you believe
