Santa Barbara Police Chief Cam Sanchez has been very quiet as of late. Is he still waiting on findings from an Investigation ordered May of 09 by Santa Barbara City Administrator James Armstrong to conclude? Why has our Santa Barbara City Council both past and present allowed 15 months to pass in the Wayne Scoles incident with no findings by the Ventura investigation agency that had been hired?.
I will be honest with all my research presently focused on Pension Fund Fraud statewide I just skimmed over the Gator Roll Indictment. Now one passage I did see mentioned a young man in elementary school was in possession of a pocket knife. It is my guess so where half of his classmates. Since when is the possible theft of lunch money fall under the Federal R.I.C.O. laws. Someone had to be very embarrassed to go before a Federal Judge with Mafia style crimes of stealing lunch money. So if this elementary school student had a secret hidden photo of a naked girl does that also make it a pornography ring as well? Since both Santa Maria and Santa Barbara had federal case loads under R.I.C.O. law at the same time where was our Board of Supervisors?
Why hide all the good law enforcement work that went into Gator Roll. You see there is corruption at the Federal level just as it exist at the State level.
